Its a no brainer stopping trash dumping in landfills is good for the environment and since lots of money can be made by doing it why not just gey it done? Its not even a hard job to do even though it is quite a large project and would take a while to complete. Any kind of trash can be reclaimed and reused if a little good engineering is applied.
