I am looking for a good website where i can find the appreciation chart of real estate properties in CA. If any of you know a good website where i can go there and search the property’s history, condition, how many times it has been sold, how much it was appreciated over the years and so on. I am a real estate agent and my stratagy is to help people to invest their money in real estate since that’s the only way to wealth and want to find a good website to teach me more about the particular property so i can be confident with my clients that i am doing a right things for them. I will appreciate any comments, suggestions, advices, books, websites, newpapers, anything i can use to gaine more knowledge about real estate. Thank you all

I know it is very possible to obtain wealth while still working for someone else, temporarily. Unfortunetily for me I do not have the answer. Does anyone have real answers to this question?
